MARIETTA, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man suspected of burglarizing a restaurant in Marietta early Saturday morning is now behind bars.
According to Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Toler, the incident happened at Ramey's Restaurant.
Investigators say deputies responded to the restaurant and found a person accompanying the burglary suspect near a church.
The burglary suspect fled when officers arrived.
The suspect, David Brian Calvert, 39, of Florence, Alabama, was taken into custody on CR 4050.
Calvert was presently out on bond for multiple pending burglary charges in Alabama.
His bond has been set at $75,000 on the charge of burglary of a building.
Additional charges may be added once the case is presented to Grand Jury.
