TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- The city of Baldwyn held its 34th Annual Okeelala Festival Saturday.

Hundreds of people came out to the festival.

There were all sorts of activities like games, vendors and live music for everyone to enjoy.

The event included the Okeelala Festival Annual Car Show and its first motorcycle show as well.

About a dozen motorcycles were entered.

The mayor of Baldwyn says the city hopes to see the festival continue to grow each year.

"I know our whole community enjoys this," Baldwyn Mayor Michael James said. "We plan and look forward to it from year to year and try to make things bigger and better from year-to-year and it has really grown."

Mayor James says the Chamber will start planning for next year's festival in the next couple of weeks.
