TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A woman who worked as a private sitter for an elderly Pontotoc woman has been indicted for fraudulent use of a credit card.
Attorney General Jim Hood says Sherry Berry, 35, of Pontotoc was arrested on Monday.
The indictment says Berry used the woman's credit card without permission.
