Safe stolen from local Dollar General

PONTOTOC, Miss. (WTVA) — Two people are accused of stealing a safe with a large amount of money from a local Dollar General store, and law enforcement is asking for your help in solving the case.

The burglary happened early Monday on Highway 278 in Pontotoc.

According to the Pontotoc County Sheriff's Department, the two males entered through the front door of the store.

Each burglar is no taller than 6 feet.  One of them was wearing a black ski mask, a camouflage long sleeve shirt, light blue jeans and boots.
