NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVA) -- An international call center with centers in Starkville and Hamilton, Alabama has announced it plans to hire more workers.
On Tuesday, Sitel officials announced they planned to hire 3,000 additional workers in the U. S. and Canada.
Sitel handles leading companies in the retail, telecom and home entertainment industries.
Agents provide telephone, Web chat and social media customer care services.
Sitel also offers a number of Work@Home positions for those willing and qualified to pursue a career from their home office.
