OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Starkville man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges.
Court documents show Cliffard Gray Ryan, 75, of Starkville was indicted in December and made an initial appearance in court on Tuesday.
Ryan is accused of having child pornography in his possession this past November.
He pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in 2005 and served 58 months in prison in an unrelated case.
Ryan remains on probation from that sentence.
A judge has scheduled an arraignment hearing on the new charge and a preliminary probation revocation hearing on the old charge Friday at 10 a.m. in U. S. District Court in Oxford.
