COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Oktibbeha County Coroner was arrested and charged with DUI in Lowndes County Thursday.
A Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesperson tells WTVA.com Michael Ross Hunt, 46, of Starkville was stopped by a trooper on Highway 82 East in Columbus.
He was booked into the Lowndes County Adult Detention around 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Hunt is charged with driving under the influence and careless driving.
He was released on a $1,075 bond.
