JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) -- Drivers in Noxubee and Kemper Counties should be ready for some traffic delays Wednesday.
A large heat exchanger will be moved from Bigbee Valley to the power plant under construction in Kemper County.
The truck hauling the heat exchanger will start early Wednesday morning on Highway 388 and travel to Scooba on Highway 45. Crews will then stop and wait until 8:00 p.m. to continue the trip. From Scooba crews will head down Highway 16 to Highway 493 and on to the construction site.
The heat exchanger is 164.5 feet long, nearly 15 feet high and weighs 776,166 pounds.
