WINONA, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man wanted in connection with the robbery of a dollar store in Montgomery County has surrendered to authorities.

Sheriff Bubba Nix tells WTVA.com Lakinta Lavegas Goldman, 33, of Grenada turned himself in around 9:30 Saturday night.

Goldman is currently being held without bond on an armed robbery charge.

Nix says Goldman and Kunta Kintay Harbin, 34, held up the Dollar General Store in Duck Hill on May 22.

Harbin was arrested a few hours later on Interstate 55 and charged with two counts of armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Nix says both men will have a preliminary hearing next week.

He says the investigation is continuing and more charges will be filed against both men.
