ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Monroe County Board of Supervisors tabled a proposed vicious dog ordinance.
The ordinance, proposed by supervisor Carol Crawford, is not breed specific, but would be enforced on any dog that causes problems or attacks people, pets or property.
During a meeting Friday, the remaining board members asked for more time to look at how to fund enforcement.
The board is expected to take up the measure during their meeting on August 23.
