ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man from Phoenix, Oregon is behind bars in Monroe County, following his arrest on New Year's Eve.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff Department, Mark Justin Hill, 28, of Phoenix, Oregon, was taken into custody at a checkpoint on Highway 45 near Hamilton.
Hill was charged with possession of marijuana with intent.
His bond was set at $15,000.
Hill is currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.
