NETTLETON, Miss. (WTVA) -- A New Albany man has been sentenced for his role in the robbery of a Nettleton business in 2009.
Ryan Dandre Hearn, 21, was ordered to serve 90 months in prison, serve 3 years probation, and pay resitution of over $11,000 during a hearing in federal court Thursday.
Hearn was indicted in the July 2009 holdup of the Gold Exchange.
Authorities say two men entered the store and one hit the clerk.
They then took items, including firearms, and left the business.
A federal grand jury returned a three count indictment against Hearn.
Hearn pleaded guilty to one count and admitted taking three handguns from the store during a hearing last October.
