NETTLETON, Miss. (WTVA) -- A New Albany man has pleaded guilty to his role in the robbery of a Nettleton business in 2009.
Ryan Dandre Hearn, 21, entered a guilty plea to stealing a firearm from a licensed dealer in U. S. District Court on Tuesday.
Hearn was indicted in the July 2009 holdup of the Gold Exchange.
Authorities say two men entered the store and one hit the clerk.
They then took items, including firearms, and left the business.
A federal grand jury returned a three count indictment against Hearn.
He pleaded guilty to one count during a court hearing and admitted taking three handguns from the store.
Hearn will be sentenced at a later date.
