ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man from Smithville is behind bars, after being arrested Tuesday.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff Department, Melvin Enoch Livingston, 20, of Smithville, is charged with felony malicious mischief.
Livingston is currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.
Bond has not been set.
