ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) — Aberdeen Police Chief Henry Randle said Friday he will have an update Monday or Tuesday on the status of the Teresa Ewing case.

His comment came on the same day several people marched outside the police department concerning Ewing.

The 25-year-old was reported missing in August.  Her body was found in September after an extensive search.

Those who marched Friday said they want an open line of communication between Ewing's family and the police chief.

The group said it was tired of hearing rumors of an arrest.
