AMORY, Miss. (WTVA) - Two men await to be sentenced after they have pleaded guilty in a sexual assault case in Amory.

Authorities say Dustin Parker of Hatley Road in Amory and John Matthew Earnest of Andrews Road in Aberdeen were charged in 2010 in connection with a sexual assault that happened during a party at a home in December 2009.

Parker was 20 years old, and earnest was 17 when the two were charged.

A third person, James Patrick Allen of Mantachie, was originally charged in the case, but he was found not guilty by a jury in a trial earlier this week.

In that trial, the other two men testified.
