OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A federal court judge has ordered house arrest for a man charged with arson in the fire at a Yalobusha County business.

James Flemons was sentenced during a hearing in U. S. District Court in Oxford Wednesday.

A federal indictment accused Flemons and another man of using pump sprayers to spay gas and kerosene inside Lindley's Antique Mall in Oakland and set fire to the business on March 1, 2011.

Flemons will spend three years on house arrest and will only be allowed to leave home to go to work and attend church services.

He was also ordered to pay over $520,375 in restitution.
