OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- The man charged with developing and manufacturing a biological agent for use as a weapon was in federal court Thursday morning in Oxford for a preliminary hearing and detention hearing.
According to WTVA's Robert Byers, who was in the courtroom, the judge found probable cause to bound the case over to the grand jury.
Dutschke remains in jail without bond.
