HOUSTON, Tex. (WTVA) - Cadence Bancorp, LLC has completed its acquisition of Encore Bancshares, LLC.
Company officials say the sale was completed on Monday.
Encore Bank and Cadence Bank will operate seperately until a merger in the fall.
Customers will be notified in advance of changes and enhancements.
Cadence Bancorp is a regional bank holding company with $5.5 billion in assets.
The combined companies operate over 100 branches in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
