KOSCIUSKO, Miss. (WTVA) -- Attala County authorities are investigating the death of a woman found in a vehicle alongside a county road.
WTVA News Partner Kosyonline.com reports the discovery was made around 10:15 Monday morning.
Sheriff Tim Nails identifies the woman as Annie Marie Cox, 42, of Leake County.
He tells Kosyonline.com deputies were called to the scene of a traffic accident on County Road 1116.
Authorities say they do not believe foul play was involved.
Her body has been sent to Jackson for an autopsy.
