155th holds Change of Command Ceremony

CAMP SHELBY, Miss. (WTVA/WDAM) - The Mississippi National Guard's 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team has a new commander.

In a ceremony at Camp Shelby Friday morning, outgoing commander Col. John M. Rhodes relinquished command to Col. Jeffrey P. Van.

The 155th is made up of 3,600 soldiers and is currently undergoing annual training at Camp Shelby.

The 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team has unit representation throughout the state including unit locations in Tupelo, McComb, Starkville, Senatobia, Monticello and Meridian.
