COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Fulton man has been indicted on prescription fraud charges.
A recent Lowndes County grand jury handed down the three-count indictment against Ronald Eugene Timms, 45.
Authorities say he was taken into custody at the Itawamba County Jail last week.
He is currently free on a $15,000 bond.
Timms was scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Lowndes County Circuit Court on Monday.
