COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Columbus Police Department has made an arrest in the investigation involving the fondling of a child.
Authorities say Raymond Matthew Karr, 30, of Military Road in Columbus was arrested Wednesday.
The incident involved a child under the age of 10.
Authorities have not released any details about the charges or stated how Karr may have known the child.
Karr remains in the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center waiting an initial appearance.
