COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man was booked on two drug charges in Lowndes County following a traffic stop Thursday.
Narcotics officers say Christopher McClinton, 30, of Columbus, was arrested after marijuana and crack cocaine fell from his shorts as he was standing outside of his vehicle.
McClinton was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Authorities say he was also on parole at the time of his arrest.
He is being held at the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center.
