ABERDEEN, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Columbus man has been ordered to serve 60 months in prison in a federal child pornography case.

Noel Sumrall, 67, pleaded guilty to one count of the indictment in March of this year.

Sumrall was arrested in December of 2011 by local authorities after a large amount of child pornography was found at a home on Fifth Avenue North.

He is currently serving a five-year sentence on state charges of exploitation of a child at the Central Mississippi Correctional Facility.

The judge ordered the federal sentence to be served at the same time as his state sentence.

He will also serve 10-years supervised probation and was ordered to make a $5,000 donation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
