OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A federal judge has moved the trial date of a Columbus man indicted on child pornography charges.
The judge reset the trial of Tyler Lofton, 30, until February 24, 2014.
Lofton was arrested in April by the Mississippi Attorney General's Task Force on Cyber Crimes and Lowndes County Sheriff's Deputies for exploitation of a minor.
At the time, they say the investigation turned up images of children on his computer.
The federal indictment and local investigators say the images dated back to December of 2012.
Lofton has pleaded not guilty to to the federal charges and is currently free on a $5,000 bond.
