TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A section of South Green Street is closed as crews work to replace a cross drain under the roadway.
Tupelo city officials say the road will be closed until 5 p.m. Wednesday between Clark and Elliot Street.
Residents and businesses should not see an impact, but drivers who normally use South Green Street through the work area will have to find another route.
Message boards, barricades, and signs will be in place to warn drivers and move them around the work area.
