TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — A Southaven man has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of enticement of a child for sexual purposes.

El-Habib Oujihna, 32, entered the guilty plea during a hearing in U. S. District Court in Oxford Tuesday afternoon.

A federal indictment says Oujihna communicated by phone and the internet with the intent of meeting a 15-year-old for sexual purposes.

He was arrested by Tupelo police on March 29.

As part of the agreement, Oujihna agreed to forfeit his vehicle.

He remains free on a $10,000 bond until he is sentenced.
