ATTALA CO., Miss. (WTVA) -- A man from Memphis is facing charges, following a car crash Thursday evening in Attala County.
According to authorities, crews responded to the scene around 6:20p.m.
The crash happened on Attala Road 2113 between Ethel and McCool.
When authorities arrived, they found a red Jeep, with a Lee County license plate, off the road in a ditch.
The passenger in the vehicle had a cut to their head.

The passenger was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The driver was arrested for having a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
