TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — The Mississippi Department of Transportation said temporary lane closures have begun on Highway 45 in Tupelo between Highway 78 and McCullough Boulevard.
That's so workers can install a cable barrier in the median.
It's part of a 20-mile project in Lee County.
MDOT said closures of the inside lanes may also be required on Highway 45 during work from Eason Boulevard to the Verona exit.
