TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Lee County grand jury has handed down three indictments against a Tupelo man originally arrested on molestation charges.
Court documents show the panel handed down the indictments against James Everett Dutschke, 41, earlier this month.
The indictments cover one investigation involving the Lee County Sheriff's Department, and two cased filed by Tupelo police.
The victims are all under the age of 16 according to the indictments.
Dutschke entered a not guilty plea during a court hearing on Monday.
He remains free on a $25,000 bond.
