OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A June 10 trial date has been set for a man charged with the robbery of an Oxford bank in 2010.

Perry E. Moseley, 44.  of Marks was arrested shortly after the robbery of the Mississippi Federal Credit Union on Jackson Avenue on June 30, 2010.

Moseley faces a federal indictment of bank robbery by force.

Moseley's attorney filed motions with the court stating his client has a history of mental issues and treatment as the reason he will use the defense.

He also claims Moseley was incapable of knowing what was right or wrong the afternoon he robbed the bank.

Moseley has undergone psychiatric evaluations while in federal custody, but those reports are sealed.

On Wednesday, a federal judge set the June trial date and estimated the trial could last for two days.
