OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- Federal court records indicate that a man will plead guilty Thursday in a child pornography case in north Mississippi.
Court records say Billy Crum possessed illegal images in April 2010.
He pleaded not guilty May 4.
A filing Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Oxford says a change of plea hearing is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
His trial had been scheduled to begin next week in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
