CONWAY, Ark. (WTVA) -- An Oxford man has died from injuries he suffered in a plane crash in central Arkansas Wednesday.
Conway Police reported on their Twitter page Thursday morning Robert Allen, 65, died at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
Allen was the pilot of an aircraft that took off just after noon from the Conway municipal airport.
Authorities say witnesses say the plane sounded like it was having an engine problem.
The plane crashed landed on a fence.
