OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- An Oxford man has pleaded not guilty to charges of making a threat against a school.

Joshua Brandon Pillault, 20, entered the plea in U. S. District Court in Oxford Wednesday morning.

Pillault is accused of making the threats while playing the online game "Runescape".

Court documents say he made references to an attack on Oxford High School, where he is a former student.

The indictment says he mentioned the acquiring guns, ammunition magazines, Molotov cocktails, and pipe bombs and using them to level the school.

Last October, a federal judge granted motions by the prosecution and the defense to allow Pillault to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

The report has been submitted to the court, but remains sealed.
