OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) -- A federal court judge has set a hearing Wednesday morning for a man accused of making threats against a school.

In a federal court indictment, Joshua Brandon Pillault, 20, is accused of making the threats while playing the online game "Runescape".

The documents say he made references to an attack on Oxford High School, where he is a former student.

The indictment says he mentioned the acquiring guns, ammunition magazines, Molotov cocktails, and pipe bombs and using them to level the school.

Last October, a federal judge granted motions by the prosecution and the defense to allow Pillault to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

The report has been submitted to the court, but remains sealed.

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in Oxford.
