FULTON, Miss. (WTVA) -- An Itawamba County man facing a grand jury indictment on drug related charges is back in jail after leading police on a high speed chase.

Investigator Mike Newlin says Rolan Andrew Barlow ran from deputies who attempted to make a stop on Highway 78 on July 5.

Barlow sped away on his motorcycle and fled through two counties before he was captured.

Newlin says Barlow was indicted by a grand jury in June on drug related charges stemming from a traffic stop this past March.

Barlow is currently in the Itawamba County jail charged with felony fleeing in the latest incident and possession of methamphetamine, possession of morphine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon from the grand jury indictment.

Bond was set at $40,000.
