MANTACHIE, Miss. (WTVA) — Her name is Janie, and she is battling a life-threatening condition.
At Mantachie High School Tuesday, students and faculty treated her to a concert featuring a student dressed up as her favorite pop star, Justin Bieber.
Bieber himself could not make it.
However, Janie got another wish granted when she found out that she and her family are going on a trip to the Walt Disney Resort.
"Janie is a very special little girl. I met her back in February when she was first approved for a wish. We went to visit her, and she is just absolutely nuts about Justin Bieber. We were really excited about doing that for her," said Teresa Farris, a Make-A-Wish volunteer.
She said Janie was placed on a celebrity waiting list to meet Bieber, but family members decided to go ahead with the Mantachie performance as they said the wait would be too long.
