FULTON, Miss. (WTVA/ICC Athletics) - Itawamba Community College announced open tryout dates for the men's and women's soccer teams as well as the football team on Sunday.
The Itawamba Community College Lady Indians' and Indians' soccer teams will be hosting open tryouts on Sunday, February 10 at 2:00 p.m. for the women and 3:00 p.m. for the men. The tryouts will be held at the ICC Soccer Complex, near the Davis Event Center and directly across from Eaton Field and Roy Cresap Field.
All potential players will have to sign a waiver and fill out a questionnaire when they arrive for the tryouts. Participants are responsible for bringing all soccer gear and shin guards are required to participate.
The non-contact football tryouts will be Wednesday, March 6 at 1:00 p.m. for ICC students and 3:00 p.m. for non-ICC students at Eaton Field, next to the Davis Event Center on the Fulton campus.
Participants will be responsible for bringing cleats, shorts, shirt and gloves. Tryouts are opened to unsigned players that meet National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) eligibility standards.
