FULTON, Miss. (WTVA) -- A circuit court judge has revoked bond for a man charged with burglary and attempting to hire someone to kill witnesses in the case.

Matthew Graham, 43, of Fulton appeared before Judge Jim Pounds for a hearing Thursday morning in Lee County Circuit Court.

Itawamba County authorities arrested Graham and two others on October 16 in connection with a burglary at the home of his former father-in-law and taking a large amount of cash.

Graham was released on bond, but arrested again on October 25 after authorities say he met with someone in Tishomingo County and tried to arrange the deaths of Wayne Cleveland, the homeowner, and an unnamed person involved in the break-in.

The murder-for-hire arrest came after an investigation by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations.

Graham is being held in the Itawamba County jail.
