JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) _ The Mississippi Supreme Court will not review the case of a Grenada man convicted in the armed robbery of a convenience store.

Markeith Williams, 23, is serving a 25 year sentence for the October 2009 robbery of the Raceway Convenience Store in Grenada.

Williams was found guilty by a jury in August of 2010.

He filed five claims including the judge allowing the admission of improper identification evidence and character evidence.

The Mississippi Court of Appeals rejected his appeals in February.

On Thursday, the Mississippi Supreme Court denied Williams' request to review his case.
