West Point to receive rebuilding advice from FEMA

WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency is offering advice to West Point residents looking to rebuild their homes to withstand disasters.

Specific methods of rebuilding for severe storms, tornadoes or floods will be discussed at two meetings held by FEMA mitigation specialists at Phillip's Hardware next week.

The meetings will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 9 and June 10.

Free booklets and pamphlets with additional details will also be available at the site.
