WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) — The youngest of West Point's residents braved the rain and wind and decked out in their finest costumes Thursday morning.
What's called the "Boo Parade" is a popular event which focuses on children who attend area day care centers.
The costumes were the star of the show.
Numerous relatives joined downtown business owners on Commerce Street to watch little ones make their Halloween debut.
"It is very good. What it does is bring all the kids and the families together because the grandparents and the parents all come out to see the kids," resident Linda Hannah said.
More than 100 children were featured in the Boo Parade.
