WEST POINT, Miss. (WTVA) -- Police are searching for a minor who they believe was responsible for a shooting that left one man injured in West Point last week.

On January 22, one man, whose name was not released, suffered a gun shot wound to the neck while getting into a black Maxima at Town Creek Apartments.

Police said they are now looking for Deylon Antonio Harris, 17, who was charged in a similar attack in July 2013.

Harris is currently under indictment by the grand jury for last year's attack that left one man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

Police said Harris is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information regarding his location is asked to call the Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at (800) 530-7151.

A reward of up to $1,000 is available to information leading to his arrest.
