ABERDEEN, Miss. (AP) -- A West Point man has pleaded not guilty to fraud charges accusing him of accepting unemployment benefits when he had a job.

John White pleaded not guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.

The indictment says he collected the benefits from August 2010 to July 2011. He's charged with five counts, including making false statements to obtain the benefits.
