CALHOUN CITY, Miss. (WTVA) — It was a wrong number that led to three arrests on drug charges.

Calhoun County Sheriff Greg Pollan says a woman in Calhoun City received text messages from somone trying to sell her drugs.

She turned those messages over to him Thursday, and that led to law enforcement arranging a meeting at Wayne's One Stop in Calhoun City with the person who sent the texts.

Sheriff's deputies and a Calhoun City police officer arrested 23-year-old Danielle Gray, 30-year-old Ira Holmes and 27-year-old Talkela Moore. All of them are from Houston.

Pollan says all three are charged with conspiracy to sell drugs and child endangerment.

He adds a 4-month-old and a pistol were in the suspects' vehicle which will lead to enhanced criminal charges.
