PITTSBORO, Miss. (WTVA) — The water supervisor for Pittsboro is asking residents to boil their water for one minute before using it.
Charles Mahan says the Mississippi Department of Transportation broke a fire hydrant, which prompted the boil water notice on Monday.
Mahan adds that the notice will likely be in effect for three days.
