Man receives prison sentence in domestic violence case

CORINTH, Miss. (WTVA) -- A Corinth man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being charged with aggravated domestic violence for strangulation.

The Alcorn County district attorney's office says 54-year-old James Johnson was found guilty by jury verdict in the Alcorn County Circuit Court Thursday.

Judge Pounds gave Johnson's sentencing Friday.
