CORINTH, Miss. (WTVA) -- The Alcorn County district attorney's office says a Corinth man faced trial Thursday for aggravated domestic violence for strangulation.

Officials say James Johnson, 54, was found guilty by jury verdict in the Alcorn County Circuit Court.

Johnson will receive his sentencing by Judge Pounds on Friday.
