CORINTH, Miss. (WTVA) -- An Ashland woman was booked for possession of methamphetamine Thursday.
Alcorn County deputies say they issued a traffic stop on a vehicle for reckless driving on Highway 72 in Corinth.
Authorities say the officers were suspicious of the occupants' behavior.
After talking to the passenger, deputies say Lacey Culifer, 24, gave them a bag of methamphetamine she had on her person.
The Alcorn County Narcotics Unit were called to the scene and charged her with possession of methamphetamine.
Justice Court Judge Steve Little set Culifer's bond at $3,000.
